These rules and regulations are established to provide minimum standards to govern all licensed or registered animal care facilities. Recent amendments establish a separate category for breeders among the types of regulated animal care facilities in response to recently enacted statutory changes to R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 4-19. No comments were received during the public commenting period.
