NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is promulgated under the authority of Section 4-5-17 which allows the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture to control the use and distribution of animal biologicals in the State of Utah.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No comment has been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food justifies the continuation of this rules as it allows the control of the use of animal biologicals in the State of Utah to protect the livestock industry and public health.
