An Order Continuing Certain Boards and Commissions

WHEREAS, the legislature in 2009 Laws Chapter 144:87 I, (c) provided for the sun-setting of all boards, commissions, councils, advisory committees and task forces that were created by an executive branch department, agency, administratively attached agency or executive order, unless extended and reinstated by the Governor; and

WHEREAS, there are boards and commissions, councils, advisory committees and task forces that are established in accordance with federal law or which the governor has otherwise determined to continue;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN H. LYNCH, Governor of the State of New Hampshire, by virtue of the power and authority vested in me by Part II, Articles 41 of the New Hampshire Constitution, do hereby order, effective immediately, as follows:

The following boards, commissions, councils, advisory committees and task forces are by this order hereby re-instated and shall continue to operate and conduct their duties and responsibilities in the same manner as they did prior to the effective date of 2009 Laws Chapter 144:87 I, (c):
