Notice of Adopted Changes to Regulations of the Board of Veterinary Examiners
On May 9, 2012, the Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with approved continuing education programs, scope of practice, licensing requirements, and prescription labeling.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 11, 2012, and will go into effect on August 10, 2012. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulations will be printed in Register 203, October 2012 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
