On July 17, 2012, the Secretary of Agriculture adopted the repeal of existing Regulations .01 — .09 under COMAR 15.11.08 Eradication of Hog Cholera. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 39:11 Md. R. 718 (June 1, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: August 20, 2012.
