CERTIFIED ADOPTED RULES

In accordance with Code of Alabama 1975, §41226(b)(c)(1), as amended, certified adopted rules become effective 35 days after filing
with Legislative Reference Service, except that if a later date is required by statute or specified in the rule, then the later date is the effective date.
