PUBLIC NOTICE

The District of Columbia Board of Veterinary Examiners ("Board") hereby gives notice of a change in its regular meeting, pursuant to § 405 of the District of Columbia Health Occupation Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1204.05 (b)) (2001) ("Act").

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Board's regular meeting, previously scheduled for October 18, 2012, will be moved to October 11, 2012. The meeting will be open to the public from 10:00 am until 11:00 am to discuss various agenda items and any comments and/or concerns from the public. In accordance with Section 405(b) of the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, the meeting will be closed from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm to plan, discuss, or hear reports concerning licensing issues, ongoing or planned investigations of practice complaints, and or violations of law or regulations.
