Notice of Adopted Changes to Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development – Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing
On October 16, 2012, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for private professional guardians, private professional conservators, nursing home administrators, and professions regulated by the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives, Board of Marital and Family Therapy, Board of Examiners in Optometry, and Board of Veterinary Examiners
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 2, 2012, and will go into effect on December 2, 2012. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulations will be printed in Register 204, January 2013 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
